Return and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY
 
CordoBags, proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, CordoBags will exchange your product within 15 days of the purchase date. CordoBags does not issue refunds for any purchase. We will be glad to exchange your purchase for a  new style when you return your unused item to us. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. We cannot accept any item for exchange, which bears an indication that it was used.  ALL ORDERS WILL SHIP WITHIN ONE WEEK unless specified by the client. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via Fed Ex or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. CordoBags will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above  requirements.


REPAIR POLICY
 
CordoBags provides repairs free of charge for products that are damaged during shipping. Damage by accident, tear or misuse are not covered under CordoBags six month policy.
For a nominal fee, CordoBags will repair accidental damage to your one of a kind, favorite bag.
